 Shipping Policy

All items are shipped within 7-10 business days from date of purchase. All items are packaged in the order they are purchased. If you make multiple purchases to the same address, shipping will not be combined or refunded.

Local pickup orders are ready for pickup within 7-10 business days from date of purchase. All items are packaged in the order they are purchased and are fulfilled chronologically with shipped orders. 

Route Package Protection 1-Click Protect is offered at checkout. Route Package Protection is automatically added to your cart with an additional fee. This fee amount is based on the items in your order and adds a minimum of $0.98. When Route is ON and kept in your cart, your package is insured upon placing an order that requires shipment. This means in the case of a lost or stolen package, you will be able to receive a refund for your order, even if the package eventually shows up to your door. When Route is manually removed from your cart and USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express shipping is not selected, you will not receive additional assistance from Bianca Breed, LLC for your lost package. See below for Lost Package Situations. **It is not necessary to have Route for local pickup orders. You will receive pickup info via email. 

For shipped orders, I highly recommend insuring your package at checkout. Packages can be insured via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express services and by leaving Route Package Protection in your cart. 

Once a package is received and accepted by USPS, unfortunately it is out of the seller's control. You agree that Bianca Breed, LLC is not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages by purchasing. All shipping updates can be found with your tracking number and is the same information that the seller has. 

Please note that USPS is experiencing significant delays due to COVID-19. This includes delays in both arrival times and tracking numbers being updated on their website. This mean your package has been delivered to USPS by the seller and is moving, however the scanning updates are delayed. Your patience is appreciated during these times.

All items are one of a kind. In the case of a lost package, unfortunately they cannot be recreated.

Lost Package situations* 

If your package was insured by Route and you selected USPS First Class Mail 

Please contact Bianca at bianca@biancabreed.com and reference your order #. A claim will be initiated and you will receive a refund pending approval through Route. USPS will not be able to locate your package or open a claim for the lost package with First Class Mail Service. 

If your package was insured by Route and you selected USPS Priority Mail Service, Priority Mail Express

You must contact USPS to file a claim for your lost package. USPS will handle your issue and handle additional tracking to locate your package. If you need proof of shipment of your order to file your claim, contact Bianca at bianca@biancabreed.com and reference your order #. 

If your issue has not been able to be resolved with USPS, please send documentation to Bianca at bianca@biancabreed.com and a claim will be initiated through Route and you will receive a refund pending approval through Route. 

If your package was NOT insured by Route and you selected USPS First Class Mail 

File a Missing Mail Request via USPS. Unfortunately the only option here is to wait for your package to show up. Bianca Breed, LLC will not be able to offer you a refund and cannot offer additional assistance for a USPS Missing Mail Request.

If your package was NOT insured by Route and you selected USPS Priority Mail Service or Priority Mail Express

You must contact USPS to file a claim for your lost package. USPS will handle your issue and any additional tracking to locate your package. If you need proof of shipment of your order to file your claim, contact Bianca at bianca@biancabreed.com and reference your order #. Your issue will be in the hands of USPS.

*This information applies to both domestic and international purchases. International shipping services are insured via USPS.

 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted at this time. All items are final sale. All items are made by hand and are accurately described and photographed to fully convey each item. I am one person, and due to the handmade nature of my items and limited resources, I cannot afford to offer free returns or refunds for your item. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so I can help. If your item needs to be temporarily sent back in for any reason, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Thank you for understanding! 

 

Handmade items

Every piece I make requires meticulous attention, time, and care, and represents me as an artist. Intentional thought goes into the value, description, and price of the piece. Due to the handmade nature of my items and materials used, each piece will have integrity and is completely one of a kind. It is impossible to remake an item exactly. Anything I consider an imperfection, or aspect of the piece to consider, will be clearly listed in the description as such. You may see micro bubbles and evidence of the artist's hand in some pieces - while it is always my priority to minimize these elements, this is a normal and inevitable aspect of resin and the nature of handmade items. I strive for quality and perfection for all of my items, and pricing of each piece is reflected in these values. 

 

 

Customs Policy

Processing time for custom items is anywhere from 6-16 weeks from time of payment received until shipment, unless otherwise stated, and is subject to change depending on time of year and nature of project.

I offer free consultation via email to discuss your project and what you have in mind. For all custom orders, full payment and any taxes and shipping costs will be due upfront once project is discussed and you decide to go forth. Upon confirmation, I will send an invoice with details of project. The processing time is initiated once invoice is paid. Payment is non-refundableBy ordering custom work, you are offering me artistic liberty to interpret your preferences in accordance with the natural materials I have available. 

There will be an additional $100 nonrefundable fee required for weddings more than 4 weeks in advance to reserve a bouquet shipment/drop off.
